Things I cannot do for you

I cannot change, move or cancel a booking. I am a guide who writes an independent site, not the seller. If you booked a tour through GetYourGuide, the link that does it is in your confirmation email. If you paid at a pier on Capri, that is between you and the company you paid.

I also cannot tell you whether the Blue Grotto will be open on a given day, and neither can anybody else. The call is made at the cave mouth at 9am by the skippers, based on the swell, and it is not knowable the night before. What I can tell you is where to look on the morning: the Motoscafisti open/closed banner, updated daily and syndicated across the island, or the operator’s phone line after 9am. Corrections, which are the emails I want most

Tour prices, ratings and review counts on this site were read on 15 September 2026 and they move. The cave’s own fees change less often but they do change, and the published hours conflict between four sources already. If a figure here is stale, tell me which page. The tickets page and the reviews are the two most likely to drift.
